Fixture Filings definition

Fixture Filings has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.10(a)(i).
Fixture Filings means and includes all of those certain UCC Financing Statements authorized by Borrowers and delivered to Agent, for the benefit of Lenders, for the purpose of perfecting a security interest in and to Borrowers' Fixtures.

Examples of Fixture Filings in a sentence

  • This Note is issued pursuant to that Loan Agreement (the “Loan Agreement”) of even date herewith between Maker and Payee and is secured by, among other things, one or more Deeds of Trust, Assignments of Rents, Security Agreements and Fixture Filings (collectively, the “Deed of Trust”) of even date herewith, executed by Maker, as trustor, in favor of Payee, as beneficiary, encumbering property situated in Scottsdale, Maricopa County, Arizona, (the “Real Property”).

Fixture Filings means those certain UCC-1 financing statements on fixtures attached to the Real Property designating Borrower as "Debtor" and Finova or Seller as "Secured Party," as follows: UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded on April 26, 1999 in Book 7686, Page 0637 with the Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Clerk's Office, as amended on October 22, 1999 by a filing recorded in Book 7709, Page 1967 as Document No. 1999161384.
Fixture Filings means fixture filings (which may be a part of the Mortgages if Lender so elects) executed by Borrower as debtor, in favor of Lender as secured party, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, to be recorded in the Official Records of the Counties.
Fixture Filings means UCC-1 financing statements perfecting the Agent's security interests in the fixtures and fittings in the real property covered by the Mortgages.
Fixture Filings means UCC-1 Financing Statements in form and substance satisfactory to the Director, to be filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio and the office of the Recorder of Wood County, Ohio.

Related to Fixture Filings

  • Fixture filing means the filing of a financing statement covering goods that are or are to become fixtures and satisfying section 9502(1) and (2). The term includes the filing of a financing statement covering goods of a transmitting utility which are or are to become fixtures.

  • Assignment of Leases and Rents means each certain Assignment of Leases and Rents dated of even date herewith, by the Borrower in favor of the Agent on behalf of Lenders, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Assignment of Rents and Leases means, with respect to the Mortgaged Property, an Assignment of Rents and Leases (and, if there are more than one, each and every one of them), dated as of the Closing Date, granted by the Borrower to Lender with respect to the Leases, as same may thereafter from time to time be supplemented, amended, modified or extended.

  • Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.
