Fixed Week definition

Fixed Week means a Timeshare Property representing a fee simple interest in a lodging unit at a Resort that entitles the related Obligor to occupy such lodging unit for a specified one-week period each year.
Fixed Week means a Vacation Ownership Interest representing a fee simple interest in a lodging unit at a Resort that entitles the related Obligor to occupy such lodging unit for a specified one-week period each year.
Fixed Week shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Seller Purchaser Agreement.

Examples of Fixed Week in a sentence

  • Upon receiving a confirmation of a Club Member’s reservation request for a Fixed Week or Split Week during the Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed), a Member may make use of the Fixed Week or Split Week for personal use, for use by a guest, or for rental purposes.

  • Club Members do not have to convert their Fixed Weeks to Club Points during the Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed) in order to access a Request or Wait List; however, a Member’s Fixed Week will automatically be converted to Club Points upon the issuance of a reservation confirmation by Reservation Services from the Request or Wait List.

  • If a Club Member reserves the Club Member’s Fixed Week during the Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed), there will be no assignment of Club Points to the Member’s Club Point Account for that Reservation Window.

  • Once a Club Member has reserved the Club Member’s Fixed Week during the Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed), the Member cannot cancel this reservation without relinquishing the Member’s Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed) rights and entering the Club Use Period (Fixed).

  • During the Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed), a Club Member owning a Timeshare Interest in a Lock-off Unit may exercise a priority right to reserve the use of either portion of the Lock-off Unit during the Member’s Fixed Week.

  • If a Club Member desires to reserve the Member’s Fixed Week after such a cancellation, the Member must compete with other Members for such reservation on a first come, first served basis during the Club Use Period (Fixed).

  • Subject to the discretion of the Club to limit Split Weeks in the best interests of Club Members as a whole, a Club Member may reserve the use of one Split Week portion of the Club Member’s Fixed Week during the Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed).

  • The Club Member will then be deemed to have elected to enter the Club Use Period (Fixed) with respect to the unreserved Split Week portion of the Club Member’s Fixed Week and will receive Fixed Club Points for the unreserved Split Week portion of the Club Member’s Fixed Week in accordance with the Club Point Chart.

  • The Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed) for Fixed Weeks during each Reservation Window begins one year prior to the first day of use of the Fixed Week and lasts until the earlier of the Member’s voluntary decision to relinquish the Member’s Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed) rights or the expiration of six (6) months (182 days).

  • To reserve a Week or Split Week -- other than the Fixed Week related to a Club Member’s Timeshare Interest during the Home Resort Preference Period (Fixed) -- a Member must determine if the Member has the necessary Club Points to reserve the desired Week or Split Week.


More Definitions of Fixed Week

Fixed Week is defined in Section 2.05(c);
Fixed Week means the Owner’s “Assigned Summer Use Period” for which that Owner has a permanent reservation.

Related to Fixed Week

  • A week means seven days without regard to the number of hours worked in any day in that week.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • LIBOR Total Spread means, for each Interest Period: (A) three-fourths of one percent (3/4 of 1%); (B) minus (or plus) the weighted average margin, for such Interest Period, below (or above) the London interbank offered rates, or other reference rates, for six-month deposits, in respect of the Bank’s outstanding borrowings or portions thereof allocated by the Bank to fund single currency loans or portions thereof made by it that include the Loan; as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Fixed Period means the period for which a listed issuer must retain a Compliance Adviser under rule 6A.19;

Such fee shall be payable for each quarter within 30 days after the close of such quarter. As used in this Section 3, leverage for investment purposes means any incurrence of indebtedness the proceeds of which are to be invested in accordance with the Funds investment objective. For purposes of calculating Average Weekly Assets, liabilities associated with any instruments or transactions used to leverage the Funds portfolio for investment purposes (whether or not such instruments or transactions are covered within the meaning of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the rules and regulations thereunder, giving effect to any interpretations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and its staff) are not considered liabilities. For purposes of calculating Average Weekly Assets, the total assets of the Fund will be deemed to include (a) any proceeds from the sale or transfer of an asset (the Underlying Asset) of the Fund to a counterparty in a reverse repurchase or dollar roll transaction and (b) the value of such Underlying Asset as of the relevant measuring date. In the event that the Managers management fee from any of Xxxxxx High Income Securities Fund, Xxxxxx Master Intermediate Income Trust or Xxxxxx Premier Income Trust is reduced pursuant to the investment management contract between such Fund and the Manager because during any Measurement Period (as defined below) the amount of interest payments and fees with respect to indebtedness or other obligation of the Fund incurred for investment leverage purposes, plus additional expenses attributable to any such leverage for investment purposes, exceeds the portion of the Funds net income and net shortterm capital gains (but not longterm capital gains) accruing during such Measurement Period as a result of the fact that such indebtedness or other obligation was outstanding during the Measurement Period, the fee payable to the SubManager with respect to such Fund shall be reduced in the same proportion as the fee paid to the Manager with respect to such Fund is so reduced. Measurement Period shall be any period for which payments of interest or fees (whether designated as such or implied) are payable in connection with any indebtedness or other obligation of the Fund incurred for investment purposes. If the SubManager shall serve for less than the whole of a quarter, the foregoing compensation shall be prorated. 4.

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

  • Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such Test Period.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
