Fixed Unit definition

Fixed Unit means a unit that is stationary within one approved facility.
Fixed Unit means the specific units of a Project that have been permanently designated as “City-Assisted Units” throughout the Affordability Period.
Fixed Unit means a Kiosk Unit, Drive-Up Unit, or Full Service Café Unit.

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.
