Fixed Request Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Investor is obligated to accept each Fixed Request Notice prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The Fixed Request Notice shall specify the Fixed Amount Requested, establish the Threshold Price for such Fixed Request, designate the first and last Trading Day of the Pricing Period and specify the Optional Amount, if any, that the Company elects to grant to the Investor during the Pricing Period and the applicable Threshold Price for such Optional Amount (the “Optional Amount Threshold Price”).

  • Request Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a).

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Margin Notice Deadline means the time agreed to by the parties in the relevant Confirmation, Schedule B hereto or otherwise as the deadline for giving notice requiring same-day satisfaction of xxxx-to-market obligations as provided in Section 9 hereof (or, in the absence of any such agreement, the deadline for such purposes established in accordance with market practice).
