Fixed Request definition

Fixed Request means the transactions contemplated under Sections 2.1 through 2.8 of this Agreement.
Fixed Request means the transactions contemplated in Article III of this Agreement with respect to any Fixed Request Notice delivered by the Company in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.
Fixed Request means the transactions contemplated under Sections 2.1 through 2.9 of this Agreement.

Examples of Fixed Request in a sentence

  • Each Fixed Request automatically shall expire immediately following the last Trading Day of each Pricing Period.

  • The Shares issuable pursuant to such Fixed Request Notice or Optional Amount shall have been duly authorized by all necessary corporate action of the Company.

  • The maximum Optional Amount Dollar Amount and the Optional Amount Threshold Price shall be set forth in the Fixed Request Notice.

  • The Company shall not issue any Fixed Request during the continuation of any of the foregoing events.

  • The Investor shall have performed, satisfied and complied in all material respects with all covenants, agreements and conditions required by this Agreement to be performed, satisfied or complied with by the Investor at or prior to the applicable Fixed Request Exercise Date and the applicable Settlement Date.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Bid Request means a written request for one or more Bid Loans substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.

  • Shelf Takedown Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.5(a).

  • Incremental Auction Revenue Rights means the additional Auction Revenue Rights, not previously feasible, created by the addition of Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements, Merchant Transmission Facilities, or of one or more Customer- Funded Upgrades.

  • Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07.

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.

  • Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • LIBOR Notice means a written notice in the form of Exhibit L-1.

  • Borrowing Certificate means a Borrowing Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Proposed Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(c)(ii).
