If any scheduled Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date is not a Business Day, any payment of principal and interest on the Notes will be postponed to the next day that is a Business Day, but interest on that payment will not accrue during the period from and after the scheduled Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
Interest on the Notes shall be payable to the Persons in whose names the relevant Notes are registered at the close of business on the fifteenth calendar day preceding each Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date or Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date, as applicable, whether or not a Business Day.
