Fixed Rate Period definition

Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.
Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a) hereof.

Examples of Fixed Rate Period in a sentence

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period Interest on the Notes during the initial fixed rate period will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months and, in the case of an incomplete month, on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such period.

  • If any Series A Distribution Payment Date during the Series A Fixed Rate Period would otherwise occur on a date that is not a Business Day, declared Series A Distributions shall be paid on the immediately succeeding Business Day without the accumulation of additional distributions.
