Fixed Rate Collateral Obligation definition

Fixed Rate Collateral Obligation means any Collateral Obligation that bears a fixed rate of interest.
Fixed Rate Collateral Obligation means any Collateral Obligation that bears a fixed rate of interest. “Foreign Lender” means a Lender that is not a U.S. Person.
Fixed Rate Collateral Obligation means an obligation that bears interest at a fixed rate.

  • Collateral Obligation means a commercial loan or participation interest therein or bond owned by the Borrower, excluding the Retained Interest thereon.

  • Schedule of Collateral Obligations means the list or lists of Collateral Obligations attached to each Asset Approval Request and each Reinvestment Request. Each such schedule shall identify the assets that will become Collateral Obligations, shall set forth such information with respect to each such Collateral Obligation as the Borrower or the Facility Agent may reasonably require and shall supplement any such schedules attached to previously-delivered Asset Approval Requests and Reinvestment Requests.

  • General obligation bond means a Bond, the payment of principal of and interest on which is a General Obligation of the Authority.

  • Fixed Rate Obligation Any Collateral Obligation that bears a fixed rate of interest.

  • Hedge Collateral Defined in Section 5.3(b).

  • Term Loan Priority Collateral as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • First Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • First Lien Last Out Loan means a loan that, prior to an event of default under the applicable Related Contract, is entitled to receive payments pari passu with other senior secured loans of the same Obligor, but following an event of default under the applicable Related Contract, such Collateral Loan becomes fully subordinated to other senior secured loans of the same Obligor and is not entitled to any payments until such other senior secured loans are paid in full.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Second Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Revolving Facility Maturity Date means, as the context may require, (a) with respect to the Revolving Facility in effect on the Closing Date, the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date and (b) with respect to any other Classes of Revolving Facility Commitments, the maturity dates specified therefor in the applicable Extension Amendment or Refinancing Amendment.

  • Term Loan Obligations means the “Obligations” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
