Fixed Price Component definition

Fixed Price Component means the sum stated in Schedule Item 1 (a) of the Contract Price being the sum for which the Contractor must supply, in accordance with this Contract, everything necessary for the proper completion of the Works, other than the allowances (if any) for Prime Cost Items or Provisional Sums.
