Fixed Portion definition

Fixed Portion means, at any time, the Term Loans that have been hedged pursuant to Interest Rate Agreements in accordance with Section 3.9 of the Financing Agreement.
Fixed Portion has the meaning set forth in the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Fixed Portion shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 4(a) hereof.

  • Any prepayment of the Fixed Portion of the Term Loans under this Financing Agreement shall be accompanied by a concurrent reduction or prepayment by Borrower of its exposure and obligations under the Interest Rate Agreements then in effect as provided in Section 3.9(b).

  • Any amount being prepaid in respect of the Term Loans and/or Bridge Loans under this Financing Agreement (except for prepayments under Sections 3.6(a) and 3.6(b)) may, at the option of Borrower (i) be first applied to the Floating Portion and then to the Fixed Portion or (ii) may be applied to the Floating Portion and the Fixed Portion on a pro rata basis.

Fixed Portion has the meaning assigned in Section 2.2(c).
Fixed Portion. As of any date of determination, the ratio equal to the ------------- Fixed Group Principal Balance over the Pool Balance.

  • Unused Portion has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.09(a).

  • Fixed Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.12(c).

  • Existing portion means that land surface area of an existing waste management unit, included in the original Part A permit application, on which wastes have been placed prior to the issuance of a permit.

  • Maximum Aggregate Purchase Price has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Termination Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: Long-Term Ratings* Fitch Applicable Multiplier AAA to AA- 100% A+ to A- 000% BBB+ to BBB- 140% *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.

  • Conversion Percentage means, (A) the number of Class B Ordinary Shares being converted, divided by (B) the total number of Class B Ordinary Shares issued and outstanding (i.e. up to 1,000).

  • Base Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Remaining Excess Spread With respect to any Distribution Date, the Excess Spread less any Extra Principal Distribution Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date.

  • Make-Whole Spread means, with respect to any Series of Equipment Notes, the percentage specified for the applicable Series as such in Schedule I to the Indenture (as amended, in the case of any Additional Series, new Series A Equipment Notes or new Additional Series issued pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Indenture, at the time of issuance of such Series).
