Examples of Fixed Network Services in a sentence

  • A party may give notice in writing to the other party no later than 90 days before the end of the Minimum Term or the relevant Extended Term to terminate the Fixed Network Services Contract at the end of the Minimum Term or the relevant Extended Term, as the case may be.

  • Any invoices issued by the Company in respect of the Charges for Fixed Network Services shall, save in the case of manifest error, be final, conclusive and binding on the Customer.

  • Where the Customer is a Small Business Customer, the Customer may terminate a Contract for Fixed Network Services or Data Services at any time prior to commencement of the supply of such Services.

  • Except for Installation Services that shall form part of a Contract for the supply of Equipment, each order for Maintenance Services, Data Services or Fixed Network Services shall be deemed to be a separate Contract (irrespective of whether more than one or all of them are included on the same Order Form).

  • Where the Customer is a Small Business Customer, the Customer may terminate a Contract for Fixed Network Services at any time prior to commencement of the supply of such Services.

  • Subject to clause 5.5, the Fixed Network Services Contract shall automatically extend for 12 calendar months (Extended Term) at the end of the Minimum Term and at the end of each Extended Term.

  • This charge shall only apply to the telephone services element of Fixed Network Services.

  • Subject to clause 2.2 and clause 5.5, the supply of the Fixed Network Services shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue for the Minimum Term.

  • The Charges for the Fixed Network Services and the Data Services shall be as detailed in the Order Form (subject always to clause 10.7) and as otherwise determined in accordance with the Contract.

  • To prevent spam from entering and affecting the operation of the Company’s systems and the Fixed Network Services, the Company may take any reasonable measures or actions necessary to block access to, or delivery of, any e-mail which appears to be of an unsolicited nature and / or part of a bulk e-mail transmission.

Related to Fixed Network Services

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Network Service Provider means an intermediary;
