Fixed Network Services definition

Fixed Network Services means the network services more particularly detailed on the Order Form (as modified or substituted by the Company from time to time) to be provided hereunder by the Company to the Customer;

  • A party may give notice in writing to the other party no later than 90 days before the end of the Minimum Term or the relevant Extended Term to terminate the Fixed Network Services Contract at the end of the Minimum Term or the relevant Extended Term, as the case may be.

  • Any invoices issued by the Company in respect of the Charges for Fixed Network Services shall, save in the case of manifest error, be final, conclusive and binding on the Customer.

  • To prevent spam from entering and affecting the operation of the Company’s systems and the Fixed Network Services, the Company may take any reasonable measures or actions necessary to block access to, or delivery of, any e-mail which appears to be of an unsolicited nature and / or part of a bulk e-mail transmission.

Related to Fixed Network Services

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Network Service Provider means an intermediary;
