Fixed Charge Ratio definition

Fixed Charge Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the quotient (expressed as a percentage) of (a) Consolidated EBITDA, divided by (b) Consolidated Fixed Charges.

Fixed Charge Ratio found in Section 1.1 of the Original Loan and Security Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
