Fixed Asset Collateral definition

Fixed Asset Collateral means all Real Estate Assets, Equipment, Intellectual Property, Equity Interests in the Borrowers, the other Grantors and their respective subsidiaries and other Collateral other than ABL Collateral and all Supporting Obligations, documents and books and records relating to any of the foregoing; and all substitutions, replacements, accessions, products or Proceeds (including, without limitation, insurance proceeds) of any of the foregoing.
Fixed Asset Collateral means the “Fixed Asset Priority Collateral” (as defined in the Initial Intercreditor Agreement on the Closing Date).
Fixed Asset Collateral means the “Fixed Asset Priority Collateral” (as defined in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement).

Fixed Asset Collateral means (i) Equipment and Fixtures; (ii) Real Estate; (iii) Intellectual Property; (iv) equity interests in all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Borrower; (v) all other assets of any Obligor, whether real, personal or mixed not constituting Current Asset Collateral; (vi) to the extent evidencing, governing, securing or otherwise reasonably related to any of the foregoing, all Documents, General Intangibles, Instruments, Commercial Tort Claims, Letters of Credit, Letter of Credit Rights and Supporting Obligations; provided, however, that to the extent any of the foregoing also evidence, govern, secure or otherwise reasonably relate to any Current Asset Collateral only that portion that evidences, governs, secures or primarily relates to Fixed Asset Collateral shall constitute Fixed Asset Collateral; (vii) all books, records and documents related to the foregoing (including databases, customer lists and other records, whether tangible or electronic, which contain any information relating to any of the foregoing); and (viii) all Proceeds and products of any or all of the foregoing in whatever form received, including proceeds of business interruption and other insurance and claims against third parties. For purposes of this definition, capitalized terms used but not defined elsewhere in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Articles 8 or 9 of the UCC.
Fixed Asset Collateral shall have the meaning of "Collateral" as provided in the Fixed Asset Security Agreement.

Fixed Asset Collateral means any and all of the assets of the Issuer and the Guarantors, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, consisting of: any interests (fee, leasehold or otherwise) in any real property; intellectual property; equipment; equity interests of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, including the Issuer and the Guarantors; any Exclusive Term Loan Collateral; any Blocked Reinvestment Account or Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds Reinvestment Account; and all other Collateral other than the Current Asset Collateral.
Fixed Asset Collateral means all property and assets subject to Liens created pursuant to the Security Documents to secure any Obligations under the Notes and the Guarantees other than Current Asset Collateral.
