Fitch Discount Factor definition

Fitch Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Fitch Guidelines for use in calculating the Agency Discounted Value of the Company’s assets in connection with Fitch’s ratings then assigned on the Preferred Shares.
Fitch Discount Factor means, for purposes of determining the Discounted Value of any Fitch Eligible Asset, the percentage determined as follows. The Fitch Discount Factor for any Fitch Eligible Asset other than the securities set forth below will be the percentage provided in writing by Fitch.
Fitch Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Fitch Guidelines for use in calculating the Discounted Value of the Corporation's assets in connection with Fitch ratings of shares of a Series of VRDP Shares at the request of the Corporation.
