First Supplemental Trust Indenture definition

First Supplemental Trust Indenture means the First Supplemental Trust Indenture by and between COFINA and The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee, expected to be entered into on the Effective Date in substantially the form in which it was filed as part of the Second Amended Plan Supplement.
First Supplemental Trust Indenture means the First Supplemental Trust Indenture between the County and the Trustee, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
