FIRST SUPERVISOR definition

FIRST SUPERVISOR. A supervisor from any department, who has been through the Supervisor Training Program specified in this policy, who first observes different or abnormal behavior of an employee. ILLEGAL DRUGS: Any drug (a) which is not legally obtainable; or (b) which is legally obtainable but has not been legally obtained. The term includes prescribed drugs not legally obtained and prescribed drugs not being used for prescribed purposes. LEGAL DRUG: Prescribed drugs and over-the-counter drugs, which have been legally obtained and are being used for the purpose for which they were prescribed or manufactured. ON DUTY: Assigned work hours excluding paid and unpaid leaves.
