First Source Hiring Program definition

First Source Hiring Program means the policies contained in Attachment A hereto. “Grocery Store” means a retail store commonly known as a grocery store or a supermarket for which the substantial majority of retail sales are household foodstuffs for offsite consumption, including fresh produce, meats, poultry, fish, deli products, dairy products, canned foods, dry foods, beverages, baked foods, and prepared foods, with other household supplies or other products sold by such establishment being secondary to the retailer’s primary purpose of food sales and the operator of which has more than twenty-five (25) regular full time or regular part time employees.
First Source Hiring Program means the First Source Hiring Program of the City and County of San Francisco, as described in Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code and as required by the Procurement Policies of the Community Development Division of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”) included in the Developer’s Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of First Source Hiring Program

First Source Hiring Program means the program established under this CBA designed to identify Targeted Applicants to Project Contractors.
First Source Hiring Program. (FSHP) adopted by the City and County of San Francisco August 3, 1998, and codified at San Francisco Administrative Code Sections 83.1-83.1(8). The FSHP is designed to identify entry-level positions associated with employees engaged in construction work for certain commercial development projects and to provide first interview opportunity to graduates of city-sponsored training programs. Buyer further acknowledges that Buyer’s activities with respect to the Property are or may be subject to the FSHP, and that the FSHP and the Diversity Program may impose obligations on Buyer, including good faith efforts to meet requirements and goals regarding interviewing, recruiting, hiring, and retention of certain individuals.
First Source Hiring Program means the provisions of this Section and any guidelines or policies adopted by the City to implement this Section.
First Source Hiring Program is defined in Section 4.6 hereof.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training which contains the terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
