First Performance Period definition

First Performance Period means the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012.
First Performance Period means the three-consecutive Fiscal Year period beginning on the first day of Fiscal Year 2007 and ending on the last day of Fiscal Year 2009.
First Performance Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
