First option to purchase definition

First option to purchase means the right of a CLT to purchase, at a formula‑determined price, any improvements, leasehold interests or any other interests of a lessee of property the underlying title of which is vested in the CLT, or which is the subject of restrictive covenants as to continued affordability, which covenants are enforceable by the CLT.
First option to purchase of the Kaka`ako Reserved Housing Rules, which section is hereby expressly incorporated into this Deed by this reference. §00-000-00 of the Kaka`ako Reserved Housing Rules provides, in its entirety, as follows:

Examples of First option to purchase in a sentence

  • The Lessor may then exercise the First Option to Purchase at the offer price in the Seller Letter.

  • The Lessor shall retain the First Option to Purchase all buildings and improvements on the Leasehold.

  • The Lessee shall notify the Lessor of intent with regard to this responsibility within 30 days following termination, at which time the Lessor shall have the First Option to Purchase as described above.

Related to First option to purchase

  • Option to Purchase has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • Notice of Election to Purchase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(b).

  • Option to Build means the option of the New Service Customer to build certain Customer- Funded Upgrades, as set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the Construction Service Agreement.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Common Stock pursuant to Section 11 below.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:

  • Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Option Share has the meaning ascribed to it in section "4.7" hereinbelow;

  • Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Put Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and tender of the specified underlying Securities, to sell such Securities to the writer thereof for the exercise price.

  • Repurchase Right means the right granted to the Corporation in accordance with Article D.

  • Purchase Option Notice As defined in Section 3.18(e).

  • Call Option Notice means a written notice from the holder of the Call Option or the Administrator, as applicable, stating its desire to exercise the Call Option on the related Reset Date, delivered to each Clearing Agency, the Indenture Trustee, the Remarketing Agents, the Rating Agencies and, if the related class of Reset Rate Notes is then listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the Administrator will forward a copy to the Luxembourg Listing Agent (the contents of which are to be published in a leading newspaper having general circulation in Luxembourg).

  • Option Period means the period during which an Option may be exercised.

  • Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Option to Extend has the meaning given that term in Section 2.13.

  • Call Option Period has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.04 (Call Option);

  • Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.

  • Option Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.36(b) hereof.

  • Purchase Option Price means the amount payable by a Lessee upon the exercise of its option to purchase a related 2024-1 Vehicle which amount equals (a) with respect to a Matured Vehicle, the Contract Residual Value plus any fees, taxes and other charges imposed in connection with such purchase and (b) with respect to a related 2024-1 Vehicle for which the related 2024-1 Lease has been terminated early by the Lessee, the sum of (i) any unpaid Monthly Payments due, (ii) any fees, taxes and other charges imposed in connection with the related 2024-1 Lease, (iii) an early termination fee and (iv) the Actuarial Payoff.

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).
