First Mortgage Documents definition

First Mortgage Documents has the meaning set forth in Borrower Security Instrument.
First Mortgage Documents means fully disbursed whole first mortgages and deeds of trust (herein “mortgages”) secured by a first lien on one-to-four unit dwellings, and all notes, bonds, or other instruments (herein “mortgage notes”) evidencing loans secured by such mortgages and any endorsements or assignments thereof to the Member.
First Mortgage Documents means all first mortgages and deeds of trust relating to one-to-four family residential dwellings and multifamily residential dwellings ("First Mortgages") and all promissory notes, bonds, or other instruments evidencing loans secured thereby ("First Mortgage Notes") and any endorsements and assignments thereof to Borrower.

More Definitions of First Mortgage Documents

First Mortgage Documents means, together, the First Mortgage, the First General Assignment, the First Manager's Undertaking, the First Operating Account Pledge, the First Security Assignment, the First Quadripartite Deed and the First Retention Account Pledge;
First Mortgage Documents means the First Mortgage Notes Indenture and the First Mortgage Notes, each other agreement listed on Schedule 2 and each certificate, instrument, agreement or document executed by an Obligor and delivered to the First Mortgage Secured Parties in connection with or pursuant thereto and any and all future agreements, documents and/or instruments evidencing, documenting, securing or otherwise relating to all or any portion of the First Mortgage Secured Obligations, including any documents, instruments or agreements evidencing or securing the amendment, supplement, or other modification thereof.
First Mortgage Documents means the documents granted or to be granted to the First Mortgagee as security for the obligations of the Owner under the Loan Agreement and including but without limitation the First Mortgage.
First Mortgage Documents has the meaning set forth in the Borrower Security Instrument. “First Security Instrument” has the meaning set forth in the Borrower Security Instrument. “Fixtures” has the meaning set forth in the Borrower Security Instrument.
