First Lien Note Documents means the First Lien Indenture, the First Lien Notes, the First Lien Collateral Documents, the Guarantees and any agreement, instrument or other document evidencing or governing any First Lien Notes Obligations.
First Lien Note Documents means the “Note Documents”, as defined in the First Lien Purchase Agreement.
First Lien Note Documents means the First Lien Indenture, the First Lien Note Collateral Documents, any Bank Products Agreements between any First Lien Note Credit Party and any First Lien Note Bank Products Provider, any Hedging Agreements between any First Lien Note Credit Party and any First Lien Note Hedging Provider, any Management Guarantee designated in respect of any First Lien Note Collateral Document, and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, as of the date of this Agreement or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any First Lien Note Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the First Lien Trustee or First Lien Note Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.

As of the Petition Date, pursuant to the First Lien Note Documents, the Debtors were, jointly and severally, indebted to the First Lien Noteholders in the aggregate principal amount of not less than $300,000,000, inclusive of accrued and unpaid interest and prepayment premiums.

First Lien Note Documents means the First Lien Notes Indenture and the other “Notes Documents” under and as defined in the First Lien Notes Indenture, as each such document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
First Lien Note Documents means the Indenture, the First-Lien Note Security Agreement, the First-Lien Note IP Security Agreement, the First-Lien Note Mortgages and any other documents now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure any First-Lien Note Obligations.
First Lien Note Documents means the First Lien Indenture, the First Lien Notes, and the Note Documents (as defined in the First Lien Indenture) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other First Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any First Lien Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of First Lien Obligations to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
First Lien Note Documents means any agreement or instrument governing or evidencing the First Lien Notes and the Liens on collateral securing the same, including, without limitation, the indenture, dated as of August 16, 2012 and amended on the date hereof, among the Borrower, Holdings and Computershare Trust Company of Canada as trustee and collateral agent, as such documents may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof; but excluding, for clarity, the Subscription Receipt Documents.
