First Lien Collateral Agent definition

First Lien Collateral Agent means the First Lien Credit Agreement Collateral Agent and any Additional First Lien Obligations Agent.

First Lien Collateral Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

More Definitions of First Lien Collateral Agent

First Lien Collateral Agent has the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

First Lien Collateral Agent means Barclays Bank PLC, in its capacity as collateral agent for the lenders and other secured parties under the First Lien Credit Facility, the Secured Notes and the First Lien Security Documents, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the First Lien Security Documents exercising substantially the same rights and powers.

First Lien Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
