First Inspection means the initial inspection performed by the Court’s Representative when the TMSC’s work on the project is nearly complete. Examples of First Inspection in a sentence

  • Seller agrees that in the event Purchaser determines (such determination to be made in Purchaser’s sole discretion, and which may be made for any reason or no reason at all) that the Property is not suitable for Purchaser’s purposes, then Purchaser shall have the right to terminate this Agreement prior to the expiration of the First Inspection Period.
