First employment definition

First employment means first employment in a lead process in the factory or workshop and also re-employed therein in a lead process following any cessation of employment in such process for a period exceeding three calendar months.
First employment means employment for the first time in a hazardous process or operation so notified under section 87, or re-employment therein after cessation of employment in such process or operation for a period exceeding three calendar months.
