First Draft definition

First Draft means a working group's selection of a proposal or proposals as the basis for a Specification.
First Draft means, for Activities 2 to 5, as specified in Annex 1, the draft accepted by the Contracting Entity pursuant to the terms of this Agreement .

Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.
