First Business Plan definition

First Business Plan means the outline business plan for the first Financial Year of the operation of the Board contained in appendix 4 of the Constitution; "FOI Act" means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation (as defined in section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000) made under the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 from time to time, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such Act;
