First Assignment definition

First Assignment means: the relevant Assignment; orif, prior to the relevant Assignment:

First Assignment means: the relevant Assignment; or if, prior to the relevant Assignment: the Agency Worker has worked in any assignment in the same role with the relevant Hirer as the role in which the Agency Worker works in the relevant Assignment; and the relevant Qualifying Period commenced in any such assignment, that assignment (an assignment being (for the purpose of this defined term) a period of time during which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer);

First Assignment means a First Lien Assignment of Insurance dated as of the date hereof between Assignor and First Assignee.

• The Servicer hereby acknowledges each of the First Assignment and Assumption and the Second Assignment and Assumption.

• Pursuant to this Assignment, the Purchaser hereby grants, transfers and assigns (i) its rights and obligations, as "Owner" under the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Specified Mortgage Loans other than the Servicing Rights which the Owner explicitly retains and (ii) any rights granted to the Purchaser as Owner under the Servicing Agreement to the Depositor (the "First Assignment and Assumption"), and the Depositor hereby acknowledges the First Assignment and Assumption.

More Definitions of First Assignment

First Assignment means the relevant Assignment; or if, prior to the relevant Assignment:

First Assignment means a First Lien Assignment of Earnings by Internal Charterers dated as of the date hereof between Assignors and First Assignee.
