First Amendment to Security Agreement definition

First Amendment to Security Agreement means the First Amendment to Security Agreement dated as of the Second Amendment Effective Date executed in favor of the Administrative Agent by each of the Loan Parties.

First Amendment to Security Agreement means the amendment to that certain Security Agreement dated January 24, 2003, by and among AIRNET, TECORE and SCP, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
