Firm Services means Transmission Services offered by the TSO in relation to Firm Capacity.

  • Shipper may, at its discretion, with no liability to Transporter, terminate this Precedent Agreement only if Transporter has not commenced construction of expansion facilities necessary to provide the Expansion Firm Services within one year of its receipt of all requisite regulatory approvals.

Firm Services means any of the services provided by GTS under Rate Schedules FSS, FP, FL and FWS.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
