Firm Orders definition

Firm Orders has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(b);

  • On or before the [ * ] day of each [ * ] the Client shall issue firm written orders ("Firm Orders") for the Product from time to time at Client’s discretion to be produced and delivered to the Client on a date not less than [ * ] from the [ * ] the date that the Firm Order is submitted.

  • Except as set forth below in Section 4.1 regarding Firm Orders and in Section 4.4 regarding Alnylam’s purchase commitment, nothing in this Agreement will obligate either party to enter into any SOW under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Firm Orders

Firm Orders means irrevocable, written purchase orders for Products which specify the (i) Product(s), by SKU, as defined in Schedule A, (ii) quantity to be delivered, (iii) ship to location, (iv) designated carrier and (v) requested delivery date.
