Firm Order Period definition

Firm Order Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Should Theravance order quantities of Product in excess of [***] over the forecasted amount of the latest Firm Order Period, Hospira shall not be obligated to supply said additional quantities; provided, however, that Hospira shall use reasonable commercial efforts to produce and deliver to Theravance said additional quantities within [***] days of issuance of the Purchase Order for such additional quantities.
