  • The 20-Day Demonstration shall commence at noon on a mutually agreed upon date which follows or is coincident with the Term Start Date and shall be completed no later than the Firm Operation Date, and shall extend for a total period of 20 consecutive non-holiday weekdays (the “20-Day Demonstration”).

Related to Firm Operation Date

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
