Firm Energy is as defined in Service Tariff No. WNY-2.

More Definitions of Firm Energy

Firm Energy means the Energy supplied during a month at the Hydro Delivery Points net of the Energy supplied at the Delivery Points to Newfoundland Power less Interruptible Energy, Generation Outage Energy, Oil- fired Boiler Replacement Energy and Secondary Energy. The Firm Energy exclusive of Frequency Converter Replacement Energy can in no case exceed the Amount of Power on Order for the period multiplied by the hours in that month;
