Fire Code Official definition

Fire Code Official means any employee of the fire marshal division of the department of public safety, of any local fire department, or of the department of natural resources if the employee is operating under an agreement between the department of public safety and the department of natural resources.
Fire Code Official means the fire chief of the San Luis Obispo County Fire Department or his/her designated representative.
Fire Code Official as defined in 1301:7-7-02 means: The fire marshal, assistant fire marshal, fire chief or other designated authority charged with the administration and enforcement of the code, or a duly authorized representative.

Fire Code Official means the person designated by the Fire Chief pursuant to the California Fire Code and Chapter 15.12 of this code who is charged with the administration and enforcement of the fire code.
