Fire Chiefs definition

Fire Chiefs means the Fire Chiefs (or an Interim/Acting Fire Chief) of the Contracting Members or their designee and/or authorized representative.
Fire Chiefs means the chiefs of each Party’s Fire Department;
Fire Chiefs means the Chiefs of the Bainbridge Island Fire Department, the City of Bremerton Fire Department, the Poulsbo Fire Department, North Kitsap Fire and Rescue, Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue, and South Kitsap Fire and Rescue.

Tier 1 Wire Centers also are those Qwest tandem switching locations that have no line-side switching facilities, but nevertheless serve as a point of traffic aggregation accessible by CLEC. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 1 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Wire Center.

  • Serving Wire Center (SWC means the Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a Third Party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.

  • Wire Center means the location of one (1) or more local switching systems. It is also a point at which End User’s loops within a defined geographic area converge. Such local loops may be served by one (1) or more Central Office Switches within such premises.
