  • Frederick Cooper shall have no liability for defective Services unless the relevant Finished Component(s) shall be first returned to Frederick Cooper for inspection subject to Clause 8.8.

  • You shall inspect the Finished Components on completion of delivery and notify Frederick Cooper of any defects without delay and in accordance with Clause 8.8 in any event.
