Find a Tender definition

Find a Tender means the Governments new e-notification service for publishing public sector procurement notices as of 1 January 2021.
Find a Tender means the Contract Opportunity Publication which the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) require be used to advertise a Procurement Exercise for a Contract above the Threshold.

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Animal control officer means any person employed by a city, county, or city and county for the purpose of enforcing animal control laws or regulations.
