Financings definition

Financings has the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble.

Financings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).

Financings means the Acquisition Financings and any Subsequent Financing.

Examples of Financings in a sentence

• Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, engage at any time to any material respect in any business or business activity substantially different from any business or business activity conducted by any of them on the Closing Date or any Similar Business, and in the case of a Special Purpose Securitization Subsidiary, Permitted Securitization Financings.

• The Administrative Agent shall have received, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, true and complete copies of the executed term sheets for the Proposed Financings.
