Financing Preferred Stock definition

Financing Preferred Stock means the shares of a series of Preferred Stock issued to the investors investing new money in the Company in connection with the initial closing of the Equity Financing.
Financing Preferred Stock means Series C Preferred Stock of ClearFuels, or any other series of preferred stock of ClearFuels issued by ClearFuels to investors in a Qualified Financing.

  • As of the same date, there were no shares of Preferred Stock or Financing Preferred Stock outstanding.
