Financing Package definition

Financing Package or “Financing” means the financing package of the Project furnished by the Concessionaire indicating the Total Project Cost and the means of financing thereof and shall be deemed to have been modified to the extent as submitted to the Lenders and as approved by the Lenders for the purposes of funding the Project.
