Financing Originator means any of the following as of the Closing Date: CIT Technology Financing Services, Inc; CIT Communications Finance Corporation; and CFUSA.

Related to Financing Originator

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.
