Financing of Terrorism definition

Financing of Terrorism means the provision or collection of funds, by any means, directly or indirectly, with the intention that they should be used or in the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in order to carry out any of the offences within the meaning of Articles 1 to 4 of the EU Council Framework Decision 2002/475/JHA of 13 June 2002 on combating terrorism.
Financing of Terrorism means the act of providing or collecting funds with the intention that they be used, or in the knowledge that they are to be used, in order to carry out terrorist acts.

Financing of Terrorism means the provision of funds, assets or financial services which are used, in whole or in part, for any terrorist activity defined in section 1 of the Prevention and Combating of Terrorist and Proliferation Activities Act, 2014 (Act No. 4 of 2014) and “funding of terrorism” or “funding of terrorist activities” has the same meaning;
