Financing Documents definition

Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.
Financing Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents, the Account Control Agreement and any other agreements, documents or certificates delivered pursuant hereto or thereto.
Financing Documents means the loan agreements, notes, indentures, security agreements, guarantees, and other documents relating to the construction and permanent financing (including refinancing) of the Facility and any material part thereof, executed in accordance with Section 9.3 of the Implementation Agreement;

Examples of Financing Documents in a sentence

  • Nothing herein is intended or shall be construed as a waiver of any existing Defaults or Events of Default under the Credit Agreement or the other Financing Documents or any of Agent’s rights and remedies in respect of such Defaults or Events of Default.

  • This Agreement shall bind, and the rights hereunder shall inure to, the respective successors and assigns of the parties hereto, subject to the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Financing Documents.

  • Except as specifically amended above, the Credit Agreement, and all other Financing Documents (and all covenants, terms, conditions and agreements therein), shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects by each Credit Party.


More Definitions of Financing Documents

Financing Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b)(ii).
Financing Documents means at any time collectively this Agreement, the Notes, the Security Documents, the Letter of Credit Documents, any Hedge Agreement, agreements with respect to Bank Products, and any other instrument, agreement or document previously, simultaneously or hereafter executed and delivered by any Borrower, any guarantor and/or any other Person, singly or jointly with another Person or Persons, evidencing, securing, guarantying or in connection with this Agreement, any Note, any of the Security Documents, any of the Facilities, and/or any of the Obligations.
Financing Documents means this Agreement and the Notes.
Financing Documents mean the agreements and documents (including asset leasing arrangements) entered/to be entered into between the Power Producer and the Financing Parties relating to the financing of the Project.

Financing Documents means this Agreement, any Notes, the Security Documents, each Fee Letter, the Affiliated Intercreditor Agreement, each subordination or intercreditor agreement pursuant to which any Debt and/or any Liens securing such Debt is subordinated to all or any portion of the Obligations and all other documents, instruments and agreements related to the Obligations and heretofore executed, executed concurrently herewith or executed at any time and from time to time hereafter, as any or all of the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
