Financing District definition

Financing District means the Bayfront Project Special Tax Financing District, established pursuant to Chapter 3.61.

Financing District means a special assessment district, community facilities district, or alternate financing mechanism to pay for the construction and/or maintenance and operation of public infrastructure facilities which are part of the Development Plan.
