Financing Debt definition

Financing Debt means each of the items described in clauses (a) through (f) of the definition of the term "Indebtedness" and, without duplication, any Guarantees of such items.
Financing Debt means, with respect to any Person and at any time, all indebtedness for borrowed money of such Person at such time and specifically includes (without duplication):

  • If bond insurance is used in connection with Fixed Financing, Debt Service shall include bond insurance premiums.

More Definitions of Financing Debt

Financing Debt. The financing obligations of Seller to any lender pursuant to the Financing Documents, including without limitation, principal of, premium and interest on indebtedness, fees, expenses or penalties, amounts due upon acceleration, prepayment or restructuring, swap or interest rate hedging breakage costs and any claims or interest due with respect to any of the foregoing.
Financing Debt means indebtedness (a) for borrowed money, (b) evidenced by notes, debentures or similar instruments, (c) associated with capitalized lease obligations and synthetic lease obligations, (d) associated with the deferred purchase price of assets, services or securities, including related noncompetition, consulting and stock repurchase obligations (other than ordinary trade accounts payable on customary terms in the ordinary course of business), and any long-term contractual obligations for the payment of money, (e) associated with mandatory redemption, repurchase or dividend rights on capital stock (or other equity), including provisions that require the exchange of such capital stock (or other equity) for Indebtedness from the issuer, (f) associated with reimbursement obligations, whether contingent or matured, with respect to letters of credit, bankers acceptances, surety bonds, other financial guarantees, foreign currency hedge agreements and interest rate protection agreements (without duplication of other indebtedness supported or guaranteed thereby), and (g) any guarantees of any of the foregoing items.
Financing Debt means (without duplication):
