Financial Records definition

Financial Records means any document or summary of information contained in a document, including electronic documents, that contains information about the financial activities or position of a person including, but not limited to, information about the assets, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow, earnings, revenue, expenditures, income, investments, losses, liabilities, payroll, profits, retained earnings, or taxes.

Financial Records means the originals or copies of records held by a financial institution authorized to do business in this State or a credit union authorized to do business in this State or their agents or affiliates pertaining to a customer's relationship with the financial institution or credit union and includes information derived from such records.
