Financial Ratio definition

Financial Ratio means any financial ratio or financial covenant set out in the letter of offer;
Financial Ratio and “Financial Ratio Test Period” are defined in the Margining Agreement.
Financial Ratio means the ratio of Net Financial Debt to Adjusted EBITDA.

Financial Ratio means (individually and collectively) the ratios and covenants set out in clause 17.
