Financial Manual definition

Financial Manual means the financial manual dated April 9, 2009, prepared by the Project Implementing Entity and describing all procedures and controls for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior written agreement.
Financial Manual means the Recipient’s Financial Accounting System Manual, dated October 18, 2002, as amended from time to time with the Association’s consent, containing administrative, accounting and financial procedures, and procurement and disbursement arrangements necessary for implementing the Project;
Financial Manual means the document that specifies the financial control procedures approved by Council.

More Definitions of Financial Manual

Financial Manual means the Financial Management Manual, which forms part of the Operational Manual, containing policies and procedures for the Project’s financial management that are satisfactory and acceptable to the Association;
Financial Manual means PMDFC’s financial manual for the Project, dated February 2006, as the same shall be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank.
Financial Manual means collectively the Financial Manuals adopted by Chongqing, Hubei, Guizhou and Yunnan, dated February 17, 2006, February 24, 2006, February 13, 2006, and February 16, 2006, respectively, and which sets out the policies and procedures for establishing and maintaining a financial management system to be implemented by Chongqing, Hubei, Guizhou and Yunnan, respectively, in the carrying out of the Project.
Financial Manual means the North East Provincial Council’s Financial Management Manual containing policies and procedures for financial management of the Project satisfactory and acceptable to the Association;
Financial Manual means the Recipient’s financial management manual describing, among other things the procedures governing accounting and financial management, including sample formats for periodic reports, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the World Bank.
Financial Manual means manual containing set of detailed administrative and financial policies approved by the Board;

Related to Financial Manual

  • Financial Management Manual means the Financial Management Manual, referred to in paragraph B of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, that sets out the financial and accounting arrangements for Implementing Partners and the Recipient’s entities, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association;

  • Financial Markets means international financial markets in which currency and other financial assets exchange rates are determined in multi-party trade.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Markets Act means the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012);

  • Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;

  • International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Treasury guidelines means any guidelines on supply chain management issued by the Minister in terms of section 168 of the Act;

  • Academies Financial Handbook means the DfE’s financial handbook for Academies in force from time to time;

  • Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

  • Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.

  • financial service means a service of a financial nature, including insurance, and a service incidental or auxiliary to a service of a financial nature;

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Base Case Financial Model means a financial model prepared by the Borrower forecasting the revenues and expenditures of the Project for time periods through the Final Maturity Date and based upon assumptions and methodology provided by the Borrower and acceptable to the TIFIA Lender as of the Effective Date, which model shall be provided to the TIFIA Lender as a fully functional Microsoft Excel – based financial model or such other format requested by the TIFIA Lender.

  • Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual set forth as chapter 4 of the PIP (as hereinafter defined), which Manual sets forth the procurement management and institutional arrangements and obligations under the Project as such Manual may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Association and Recipient.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
