Financial Manager definition

Financial Manager has the meaning in Section 8.1(f).
Financial Manager means a full-time administrative College employee who is financially responsible for College vehicles in their department.
Financial Manager means such person as is designated from time to time by the City Manager through the Director to administer portions of this Contract on behalf of the City.
