If the Employee holds assets (i.e., Deferred Stock Units or Common Stock) or other financial assets in an account outside the United States and the aggregate amount of said assets is US$10,000 or more, the Employee is required to submit a report of Foreign Bank and Financial Account with the United States Internal Revenue Service by June 30 of the year following the year in which the assets in the Employee’s account meet the US$10,000 threshold.
